These were two of my favorite properties I got to list and sell this year! ✌️
The one in Buena Park was 4 townhouse style units on a big lot, and I referred to it as the “Little Brother.” We found a motivated 1031 exchange buyer that paid over list price, all cash, non-contingent, and close quick in a competitive market. 👱♂️
The one in Bellflower was 4 single family homes on an even bigger lot, and I referred to it as the Big Brother. We sourced a local owner who recently sold a home and used those proceeds to purchase this as an investment property. Talk about going from Single Family Home to Multiple Family Homes! 🧔
Both were amazingly unique properties that offered stability and upside at the same time. Most of all, we found great buyers that will be even better landlords! 👊
